David has also marketed for and helped establish many of Winnipeg's well-known custom home builders. He has successfully sold numerous condominium projects and land subdivisions and has a lifetime of experience and interest in home renovation, construction, and understanding market trends.

Ali has lived in Winnipeg for most of her life. She brings a wealth of knowledge of the city and its neighbourhoods. Ali has also experienced relocation personally and therefore understands the complexities of moving from another city. As a teacher and manager of volunteers, she has developed many skills that are critical to her success in real estate – relationship building, organization, attention to detail and customer service.
In her spare time, Ali loves to travel with her family, connect with friends and family and walk her dog.

To show our care for our community, we have actively fundraised for Cancer Care Manitoba, The Children’s Miracle Network, Hospice & Palliative Care, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Movember, Habitat for Humanity, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Hockey Helps the Homeless, St. Ignatius School, St. Mary’s Academy, Lindenwood’s Community Association and various other community associations. David has also been a regular blood donor since 1977.
